Because the earth and the heavens above (the sun, the moon, stars, planets, galaxies, etc.) have been formed from this same ‘smoke,’ we conclude that the earth and the heavens were one connected entity. Then out of this homogeneous ‘smoke,’ they formed and separated from each other. God has said in the Quran:
“Have not those who disbelieved known that the heavens and the earth were one connected entity, then We separated them?…” (Quran, 21:30)
Dr. Alfred Kroner is one of the world’s renowned geologists. He is Professor of Geology and the Chairman of the Department of Geology at the Institute of Geosciences, Johannes Gutenberg University, Mainz, Germany. He said: “Thinking where Muhammad came from . . . I think it is almost impossible that he could have known about things like the common origin of the universe, because scientists have only found out within the last few years, with very complicated and advanced technological methods, that this is the case.” [2] (To view the RealPlayer video of this comment click here ). BIntang-bintang yang berkerlipan yang kita lihat di waktu malam , sama seperti seluruh cakerawala, dalam bahan asap itu. Allah telah berfirman dalam AlQuran;
“Kemudian Dia menuju kepada penciptaan langit dan langit itu masih merupakan asap ……” Surah Fusshilat : Ayat 11
Kerana Bumi dan langit di atas (matahari, bulan, bintang, planet, galaksi, dsbnya..) telah dibina dari ‘asap’ yang sama , kami membuat kesimpulan bahawa Bumi dan langit pernah menjadi satu entiti yang berhubungan. Kemudian luar dari asap yang sama jenis ini mereka telah terbentuk dan terpisah antara satu sama lain. Allah berfirman lagi dalam AlQuran;
“Dan apakah orang-orang yang kafir tidak mengetahui bahawasanya langit dan bumi itu keduanya dahulu adalah suatu yang padu, kemudian Kami pisahkan antara keduanya. Dan dari air Kami jadikan segala sesuatu yang hidup. Maka mengapakah mereka tiada juga beriman?” Surah Al Anbiyaa’ : Ayat 30
Dr. Alfred Kroner ialah seorang dari ahli geologi terkenal dunia. Dia ialah seorang professor geologi dan juga Pengerusi Jabatan Geologi di Institut Geosains di Universiti Johannes Gutenberg, Mainz, Jerman. Dia berkata, “Memikirkan dari mana Muhammad datang …… Saya rasa adalah mustahil bahawa dia boleh mengetahui sesuatu seperti asal kejadian alam semesta. Kerana saintis hanya mengetahui perkara ini beberapa tahun kebelakangan ini, dengan kaedah teknologi yang maju dan komplikated. [2] Juga dia berkata, “seseorang yang tidak tahu tentang fizik nuklear 1400 tahun yang lalu tidak boleh, saya rasa, berada dalam keadaan mengetahuinya dari pemikirannya sendiri, sebagai contoh, Bumi dan langit mempunyai asal yang sama. ASSSALAMMUALAIKUM sesungguhnya manusia itu punya keterbatasan ilmu,hendaknyalah ia terus belajar dan menggali dari apa yang telah diciptakan tuhan baik di bumi dan diluar angkasa,selama ini para astronout terutama dari negara-negara eropa terus menggali apa yang terkandung diluar angkasa,bahkan sebuah isu saya pernah mendengar tentang proyek eropa untuk mencari solusi dapat hidup di planet mars,sebagai orang muslim saya tertegun dengan percobaan-percobaan yang dilakukan oleh negara-negara di eropa dan saya teringat sebuah kisah tentang hal nabi adam dan siti hawa yang terbuang kebumi yang mana artinya hidup di surga itu tidak layak untuk dihuni oleh adam dan hawa dikarenakan dosa yang dilakukan atas godaan iblis,disini bila kita simak ALLAH swt murka dengan apa yang telah di perbuat oleh adam dan hawa namun sesungguhnya ALLAH itu maha bijaksana dan maha pengampun dan disebuah ayat disitu ALLAH menjelaskan kalau sesungguhnya dunia ini sangat hina yang pada saat ini kita keturunan dari nabi adam menempatinya.yang artinya jika dibandingkan dengan surga bumi ini tidak ada apa-apanya,sumber pertanyaan kita saat ini bagaimana dengan planet-planet lainnya terutama planet mars,jika saja proyek ini berhasil dilakukan oleh para ilmuan eropa apakah tidak layak kita sebagai umat muslim mulai saat ini menggali kembali alqur an yang banyak menceritakan hal planet”lain diluar angkasa?secara ringkas karena saya belum pernah menginjakkan kaki diplanet lainnnya timbul pertanyaan apakah planet mars memiliki daya gravitasi seperti dibumi namun saya pernah mendapatkan sedikit informasi ternyata di planet mars pernah terekam dalam sebuah kamera makhluk ALLAH duduk membelakangi kamera disebuah batu,begitupun telah ditemukan sumber kehidupan oleh para astronout eropa berupa rumput lumut pada bebatuan dan dikarenakan kajian saya yang sangat masih kurang ilmu tentang hal demikian,ditambah sulitnya mencari terjemahan dan tafsir alqur an terutama tentang hal demikian khususnya di indonesia,maka banyak kelemahan yang nyata mungkin hal ini bukan saja terjadi pada diri saya.mudah-mudahan ini dapat menjadi perenungan bagi kita dimana saat ALLAH meninggikan derajat orang”berilmu mengapa kita umat muslim tidak mengambil hal tersebut.wassalam (rella febrianta/ryan aceh)

“World Honored One, if all the sense organs, sense objects, skandhas, places, and realms in all the world are the Treasury of the Thus Come One, originally pure, why do there suddenly arise the mountains, the rivers, and the great earth – all conditioned appearances which cyclically change and flow, end and then begin again?
“Moreover, the Thus Come One said that earth, water, fire, and wind are by nature perfectly fused, are all-pervasive in the Dharma Realm, and are all tranquil and everlasting. “World Honored One, if the nature of earth is pervasive, how can it contain water? If the nature of water is pervasive, then fire does not arise. Further, how do you explain that the natures of fire and water can each pervade empty space with out displacing one another? World Honored One, the nature of earth is solid; the nature of emptiness is penetrating. How can they both pervade the Dharma Realm? I don’t know where this doctrine is leading. “I only hope the Thus Come One will compassionately explain in order to rend the clouds of confusion in me and among the Great Assembly.” After saying this, he made a full prostration and respectfully and expectantly awaited the Thus Come One’s unsurpassed compassionate instruction.
The Buddha said, “Purna, you have asked why in fundamental purity the mountains, the rivers, and the great earth suddenly arise. “Have you not often heard the Thus Come One expound upon the wonderful light of the enlightened nature and the bright wonder of the fundamental enlightenment.” Purna said, “Yes, World Honored One, I have often heard the Buddha expound upon this subject.” The Buddha said, “You speak of the light of enlightenment; is it that the natural light is called enlightenment? Or are you saying that enlightenment is initially without light and that then there is a so-called brightening of the enlightenment?” Purna said, “If the absence of light is called enlightenment, then there is no light whatever.” The Buddha said, “If there is no bright enlightenment without light added to it, then it is not enlightenment with it; and it is not light without it. The absence of light is not the still, bright nature of enlightenment, either. “Enlightenment is not something that needs to be made bright, for once that is done, an object is established because of this light. Once an object is falsely set up, you as a false subject come into being.
